The Marq events app is free for event attendees to download and use from the App Store or Google Play. However, event organizers pay for the services. The MarQ pricing depends on the size of the event and service options that event organizers wish to include.

For event organizers, Marq offers a portal to set up the events, configure vendors and set up campaigns. For Vendors and attendees, we offer both app and online versions.

MarQ provides the following benefits for event organizers:

• Attract more sponsors with a customized sponsor list and banner in the app.

MarQ provides many benefits for your attendees. Attendees get all the information for the event in one convenient location including:

• Agenda for the event
• A list of all the attendees at the event
• The logistics of the event (parking, maps, etc)

Attendees are able to network like never before by being able to do such things as:

• Sending messages to other attendees through the app.
• Scanning business cards and storing the contact information.
• Exchanging contact information digitally through the app.

They can also share their experience by uploading pictures they have taken at the event to the app or tweeting directly from the app, even if they don’t have their own twitter account.

For those RSVP attendees – no, they don’t need to. Once they verify their profiles and sign in, our app will recognize them based on their names/emails, and directly show your event on the main page of MarQ.

For those walk-in attendees, they will have to look up the event by the name of the event. Once download the MarQ app in app stores, they can open the app and navigate to the main event page, do a keyword search and they’ll be able to find your event without any problem.

When there are messages sent or announcements sent through the MarQ app, it will connect to the attendees’ email so that even if they don’t download the app or are not connected afterward, they will still get notified.
